Urethane, Silicone and Aluminum Roof Coatings

Roof coating helps to protect your roof from weather damage, leaks, sun exposure and more. Most roof coatings come in the form of a single liquid membrane that is sprayed on top of the existing roof. LIQUID SILICONE ROOF COATING:

White Silcone roof coating provides superior weatherproofing and ultraviolet resistance.
Provides elemental protection for architectural surfaces such as vertical walls, masonry, metal roofs, Modified roofs, EPDM single ply roof membranes, TPO and PVC membranes, smooth asphalt and sprayed in place urethane systems.
This product is generally used as a protective coating over a variety of surfaces to protect and prolong the life of the underlying roof membrane.
When applied in white, this product will reduce roof temperatures resulting in energy cost savings when air conditioning is in use.
Produces a fully adhered, seamless, high density, waterproofing membrane.
Helps reduce energy costs by providing both solar reflection and radiant heat reflection.
Puncture resistant
Protects substrate against rust, corrosion, UV damage and acid rain.
May be used on vertical, pitched and horizontal surfaces and withstands ponding water.
Does not require removal of old roofing materials, saving time and money.
Produces a waterproof surface that will not be deteriorated by fungal growth or algae.
Will not become brittle and crack with age.
Can easily be recoated.

LIQUID URETHANE ROOF COATING:

Liquid Urethane Roof Coating is a single component urethane, modified with bright aluminum flakes and fire retardant chemicals perfect for commercial roofs. It is especially designed as a waterproofing membrane for all kinds of roofing and is approved by Underwriters Laboratories® (UL) and Factory Mutual Research Corporation® (FM).

Produces a fully adhered, seamless, high density, waterproofing membrane.

LIQUID ALUMINUM ROOF COATING:

Fibered Aluminum Coating contains high grade aluminum pigments that provide a highly reflective roof coating which protects asphalt and Modified Bitumen roofs from destructive overheating while lowering cooling costs. Modified membrane manufacturers recommend coating every 5 to 10 years.

Non-Fibered Aluminum Coating is a blend of select asphalts and high grade aluminum pigments that produce the same long lasting reflective roof coating as our Fibered Coating. It is applied to newer Modified Bitumen membranes and used as a rust inhibitor on metal roof surfaces.
