Completed two roofs:
*Both received shop-fabricated roof edge and metal systems as well as an Elevate 20 Year Redshield Warranty.
Upper EPDM roof:
Full tear off down to original wood deck.
Installed 1/8″ per foot Elevate taper system to direct waterflow to newly installed scupper boxes.
Installed 2″ Elevate insulation board as a top layer.
Installed 0.5″ HD Elevate insulation board on all applicable walls.
Installed a fully adhered Elevate EPDM .060 rubber roof system.
Lower TPO roof:
Full tear off down to original wood deck.
Installed 1/4″ per foot Elevate taper system to direct waterflow to drains.
Installed 2″ Elevate insulation board as a top layer.
Installed 0.5″ HD Elevate insulation board on all applicable walls.
Installed a fully adhered Elevate TPO .060 roof system.
